We generate all our Deionised Water IBCs ( Deionised Water 1000L ) using our in-house generator, equipped to produce water 24/7. Our system adheres to strict quality control measurements, giving you peace of mind.
The system produces Standard Grade Deionized Water IBCs to meet the specification of both the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) and United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) grades at a conductivity level of <1.3 microsiemens consistently.
Additionally, we produce Laboratory Grade Ultra Pure Deionised Water to meet the EP and USP specifications with conductivity of <0.5 microsiemens. This is supplied in brand new Deionised Water 1000L IBC containers.

EP / USP grade standard – Industrial & Cosmetic Grade
EP/USP grade water has a conductivity of less than 1.3 microsiemens/cm, Nitrates of less than 0.2 ppm, Heavy Metals of less than 0.1 ppm, TVC (Aerobic Bacteria) of less than 100 cfu/ml, Chloride of less than 70 ppm, Sulphates of less than 250 ppm, pH between 5-8, Residue on evaporation of less than 100 ppm, TOC of <500 ppb and the water passes the Oxidisable Substances Test.
The Industrial Grade of Deionised Water IBC is the ideal solution for use with antifreeze, coolants, lubricants and battery top ups. Furthermore, the ability for use in forklifts, machine maintenance and other sitewide processes make this grade of water ideal for a variety of applications in this sector. Conductivity uS/cm = <1.3
Our Cosmetic Grade water passes through a 10-stage filtration system including ultraviolet filtration to ensure no microbiological components are within. The nuclear grade resin also effectively eliminated ionic components to ensure optimal water purity. Our current cosmetic manufacturers utilise the water to dilute and thin a range of products including face creams, moisturisers, shampoo’s, soaps and more. Conductivity uS/cm = <1.3
Food and Beverage Grade Deionised Water IBC are used as a raw material in food manufacturing, processing, and machine sanitation. The ultraviolet filtration ensures no microbiological components are within, helping distilleries and food factories to preserve their products’ flavour during production. Conductivity uS/cm = <1.0
Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Grade is used by our customers across applications in instrument cleaning, calibration, autoclaves, and a plethora of other pharmaceutical and medical purposes. Conductivity uS/cm = <0.5
